Vicki Maisonneuve, director of the Nursing Center of Excellence and Magnet program director at Parkview Health, shares how her team analyzes data around the use of patient education. By combining different data sets, she can easily identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve quality and patient experience across Parkview Health.
This webinar is designed for healthcare professionals at large hospitals and health systems that are responsible for improving quality, ensuring a positive patient experience, and/or operationalizing the use of patient education enterprise wide.

Victoria L. Maisonneuve, MSN, RN, CRRN, Parkview Health
Vicki Maisonneuve, director of the Nursing Center for Excellence and Magnet program director for Parkview Health, is a mission-driven leader with over 36 years of experience in healthcare leadership. She is skilled at brokering collaboration between diverse teams to achieve a common goal, starting with a focus on identifying and developing consensus on a shared vision.
Her management experience in a large healthcare system has helped her develop strong, strategic planning skills. Vicki implemented a Magnet champion team of 111 clinical nurses that successfully helped drive Magnet education across Parkview Health. Her customized strategy for achieving simultaneous multisite Magnet accreditations was designed to meet the specific needs of a major healthcare system.
Vicki is also a champion of patient education initiatives that provide consistent, high-quality resources. She developed a rigorous governance committee to ensure the integrity of Parkview’s patient education material.
Marta Sylvia MPH, Healthwise
As Healthwise’s senior manager of quality improvement and outcomes research, Marta helps clients measure the impact Healthwise’s patient education has on care quality, patient experience, clinician experience, and affordability.
She and her team focus on researching and showing the value of patient education. They also work with clients on clinical research and quality improvement projects.
Marta has served as a consultant and project manager for a wide range of ambulatory practices, helping them with EHR implementation, upgrades, process improvement, data conversions, and population health implementation. She is a subject matter expert in regulatory reporting, including MACRA, meaningful use, reporting specification development, and EHR certification.
Marta received her Master of Public Health in health management from the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health and her bachelor’s in management information systems and operations management from McGill University.
